Join us in September at Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta for a powerful, solutions-focused day designed to connect jobs with people across Georgia’s senior living workforce. This two-part event begins with a morning Career Fair (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM), where students and job seekers meet directly with senior living providers, workforce agencies, and education programs. After a shared lunch, the afternoon Workforce Symposium (1:00 PM – 3:30 PM) brings together providers, state agencies, nonprofit partners, and education leaders to move beyond conversation and toward practical partnership and placement.
If you have jobs or you have people, this room is for you. Together, we’ll explore Georgia’s labor force trends, address misconceptions about assisted living careers, highlight untapped talent pipelines, and create clear next steps for collaboration. Senior living is essential infrastructure in Georgia, and building a strong, mission-driven workforce is a shared responsibility. Attendees will leave with new connections, actionable strategies, and at least one new talent pathway to pursue.
