The Workforce Symposium (1:00 PM – 3:30 PM) brings together providers, state agencies, nonprofit partners, and education leaders to move beyond conversation and toward practical partnership and placement.
Together, we’ll explore Georgia’s labor force trends, address misconceptions about assisted living careers, highlight untapped talent pipelines, and create clear next steps for collaboration. Senior living is essential infrastructure in Georgia, and building a strong, mission-driven workforce is a shared responsibility.
