Nick Rowell Nick Rowell, a native Georgian, was born and raised in the Cherokee County area. He graduated from LaGrange College where he played football and received his Accountancy degree. He immediately began his career in senior living working as an accountant. Since then, he has done various jobs within the industry, from working in the accounting department to business office roles, as an Executive Director, and now overseeing multi-site operations. His passion in Senior Living is the relationships that are created through caring for others, while maintaining a quality of life not only for residents, but for the associates as well.

Cindy Archer Cindy Archer has more than 20 years of experience in senior living and has dedicated her career to helping older adults and their families navigate important life transitions. Her journey into senior living began unexpectedly when a marketing consultation for a local assisted living community sparked a passion that has guided her career ever since. Over the years, Cindy has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Sales Director, Executive Director, and Regional Director. Her experience spans private-pay communities, Medicaid-funded environments (CCSP/SOURCE), and Personal Care Homes, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of senior living operations and family needs. While she has worn many hats throughout her career, sales became her true calling. She is passionate about building relationships, guiding families through the decision-making process, and helping them discover the opportunities and benefits that senior living can provide. Today, Cindy serves as Sales Director for Phoenix Senior Living in Braselton, where she has been a valued member of the team for the past five years. She is committed to Phoenix's resident-centered culture and looks forward to continuing to serve seniors and their families for years to come.
