Samantha Schreiber, Senior HR Manager at Floor and Decor, is a passionate HR leader with 12+ years of experience in talent development, organizational strategy, and culture building. Certified in Employment Law from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Samantha brings a strategic yet human-centered approach to leadership and is intentional on building inclusive, high-impact workplaces. Prior to her current role, Samantha served in Senior Living for 11 years in Director level positions in HR and Talent Acquisition driving initiatives that elevated workplace belonging, performance, and retention.
