Consent for Use of Photographic Image
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GSLA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GSLA’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Cancellation Policy
Your cancellation request must be provided to GSLA in writing and received by GSLA at least 7 days prior to the event. Replacement registrants are welcome. A credit to your GSLA account, which may be applied toward a future event, will only be given in cases where the above guidelines were followed. If you do not attend the event and do not cancel your registration or submit a replacement, possibility of a credit is voided. COVID-19 quarantine or exposure will be accommodated differently.
Purchasing Authority
The registrant warrants that they are authorized to register for this event and have the legal capacity and authority to complete this transaction.
